How the bot behaves
- It answers product questions with citations from the knowledge base.
- It never quotes a price, a discount, a delivery date or contract terms. Ask it for one and it hands back a
/q/link instead — that handoff is the point, not a limitation. - One bot per rep. The binding is written once, at
/b/, and a revoked rep's bot stops answering. - Escalation is a human. There is no peer-to-peer escalation path from a customer-facing bot.
